Lou Bergner, Owner and Senior Business Advisor, has more than 30 years of management, training and business advisory experience in a wide diversity of cultural settings and industrial sectors. Lou holds a bachelors degree in economics and international relations and an MBA. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Elizabeth Cornish, founder and owner of The Performance Edge, has been a management and business advisor for over 20 years, working with major corporations and individual sales performers in 28 countries. Elizabeth brings a creative approach to sales and marketing combined with a belief in the importance of strong fundamentals. She is well regarded in the industry for her ability to partner with her clients to develop innovative sales and marketing strategies and translate them into practical plans that create results. |

Rod Cotton |
|
Rod Cotton, President of Workforce Synergies, brings over 20 years of human resources experience to his clients. Prior to starting Workforce Synergies, he held executive human resources positions with several national companies. His experience encompasses all aspects of HR from practical store level issues to strategic corporate initiatives. Rod also teaches business and human resources at Georgian College in Barrie. His clients principally include the retail, manufacturing and service sectors.
Rod holds a bachelors degree and masters degrees in Public Administration and Industrial Relations. A CHRP in good standing, he is an active twenty year member of HRPAO holding several volunteer leadership positions in local chapters. |

Jim Dixon |

Jim has been described by many as an ‘accountability coach’, a thinking partner with a strategic, systems perspective and a relaxed, down-to-earth collaborative, business approach. Solidly grounded in integrity, respect, fairness and honesty, he strives for clarity in the midst of chaos and complexity and focuses on results within a framework of accountability. He is a Certified Executive Coach (Royal Roads University) and an Adler Certified Professional Coach (Adler International Learning / University of Toronto. Jim has 25 years business experience in the standards, energy and consulting fields. During his 12 years in senior management, Jim led many teams involved in such functions as strategic and business planning, marketing, communications, new product and business development, product management (health care, medical devices, food safety, forestry, quality management, environmental management, aerospace, automotive), finance and accounting, acquisitions and strategic alliances. Terry Pringle |

Terry Pringle, owner of Champion Resources, has twenty-two years of senior management experience with national and international manufacturing organizations with expertise in the areas of finance, strategic planning and human resources.
He obtained his CMA in 1980 and followed with twelve years on the CMA Ontario Board of Directors as Executive, and Chairman of the Board. Terry is also a certified human resources professional (CHRP), a registered professional recruiter (RPR) and a registered professional trainer (RPT). He was awarded the Fellowship Certified Management Accountant designation (FCMA) in 2007. Terry has been featured in the Globe and Mail for his advice to SME’s on human resource management practices. He holds a level 3 National Coaching Certification and frequently volunteers his time coaching competitive curling teams. He also volunteers on special events for the Children’s Wish Foundation. |
